A perfect outfit is not complete without a good accessory. Your child usually knows all about it. The more the better. Never mind if it's 20 degrees hot outside, you may still need a scarf as well as you might need your sunglasses right in the middle of a snowstorm - at least if we should listen to our toddlers!
